Has anyone attached a LEM Meat Mixer to a non LEM grinder

Hi

I'm looking at buying a meat mixer that will handle 50lbs of meat at a time. I came a cross this http://www.lemproducts.com/product/meat-mixers/butcher-meat-grinder-attachments.

I would really like to know if I can attache it to a "non" LEM mixer. I understand it may take some adjusting and fooling around.
