Hey folks,

I've been reading through threads over the last year or so and I have seen such friendly, positive and flat out generous people who are apart of this forum. This seems like a genuine community that is hard to find in today's day in age on the interweb.

A short bit about why I'm here:

I love smoking food and experimenting with new dishes in all types of cooking. Seeing how others do things and building off their experiences and vice versa. I have a pellet grill, a kamado and a Weber kettle. They all have their strengths and weaknesses however I enjoy cooking on each of them often.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everybody and talk about shared interests.
