I am having a blast with my new Broil King Keg, although I can't really call it new anymore. I have smoked brisket, chicken, ribs and pork, cooked pizza, grilled sausage and burgers. Now, it is time to take on the turkey challenge. After reading a ton of info on this great site, I am starting the brining this morning. It sounds like an estimate of 30 minutes/pound is a good estimate, which means I can start the smoke tomorrow morning. (If I am wrong on this, let me know).

Looking forward to some great smoked turkey. And, also don't forget to remember what we have that we can truly be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving, y'all!:grilling_smilie:
