Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I haven't posted in awhile, just thought I would put one up. I smoked two 14 lb. turkeys at work tuesday. Turned out great, the folks at work ate them down to the bone. I am smoking a chicken today. I have a Great Outdoors Rocky Mountain Series gas smoker, and love it. It has served me very well over the years. It is starting to get a little worn out. So I have been looking to replace it. I have looked around a bit and seems all the new smokers are made very thin and flimsy. Anyone have advice on where to look?
