  New member here my name is Duane and I live in Oak Harbor Ohio. Kinda new to smoking I have smoked fish and made jerky years ago with a Little Chef smoker. I'm building a smoker now to do sausage and where ever else it leads me. Seams like this is the place to be for help, good group of people.  Duane
