It has been awhile. so today we have friends coming over and I decide to do a quick smoke.
I have two tri tip and 8 leg thigh combos going along with about 2 dozen MOINKS. I will do some coleslaw and I have some Dutch's Beans going too.
I will have the beans on for a little over 4 hours and the the chicken and try tip for about 2 1/2 hours. I figure if they don't get to temps i can finish on the grill.
