And this is what I'm bringing to my friends tonight.
Smoked deviled eggs.
Did last night. Smoked for 4 hours using maple.
This time I smoked them with the yoke still left in them.
OMG. It has a even better taste in the filling. I want to thank the person here who said to try it.
