People here have inspired me to try doing new things with smoking. I wish everyone to have a great New Year. I want to thank everyone in here that take the time to show us what they have made, give us new recipes, and just plain help us out when we have a problem. Thank you all.

Did last night. Smoked for 4 hours using maple.
This time I smoked them with the yoke still left in them.
