My name is Scott and i am from Kansas. I am brand new to smoking meat.  I just got my first smoker for Christmas.  I will be using a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker.  I look forward to learning more and more about smoking meats.  II am open to all suggestions and ideas that may come my way.
