Heh-heh...got so busy that this one blew right past me on the freeway to good eats today...low & slow just doesn't stand a chance in the fast lane!!! LOLOL!!!!!

Thanks all! It has been a great birthday for me today! Smoke was thin & blue and the beef was sensational!

Oh, and I have another surprise that I may post up on tomarrow evening that's pretty cool for allowing me even more smoker time this winter. It's getting late, so shut eye is in order...Santa's deliveries are coming soon I think...HO-HO-HO!!!!!!!
