Had a great weekend. Pulled the camper up to Table Rock Lake Friday, with with the electric smoker. Had a Butt and Dutch's beans on Saturday ... then Sunday 2 racks of spare ribs. Smoke on the Water was my theme song this weekend. Air show was going on at the lake, and got to see the Thunderbirds, too.
Turning 40 isn't so bad, if the smoke is blue, and the Bud is cold.
