Still struggling with pic timing but this had the most amazing flavor. SPG and W fireshire marinade for 4 hours.

It's the only wash yo sister sauce I use now. I keep several bottles of there regular and fireshire.
No I didn't share that one or the other one I ate. LoL There was more along with my tenderloin tails steak bites.
 
Looks great.

Hanger is another cut we just don't see around here.
