Made out of rebar. The hangers are made out of Stainless Steel welding rods. This fits my WSM 22.
So, I decided to cook chicken. First chicken was soaked in buttermilk over night. Then SPOG and paprika for rub 3 hours before cooking.

I used lump charcoal in my WSM. Keeping temps 335-345. Total cook time 1hr 20 mins.

And thank you pc farmer!!!!!

Your Factor of Safety for hanging chickens in your WSM is more than adequate, even for hot smoked rebar haha.

I like the mod a lot! Like!

wow, whenever i have seen chicken cooked that way it is tied up so it doesn't completely fall apart. good job they look great.

I can't wait to see how the ribs turn out. The color of that chicken is nice. I can almost taste it.

Awesome looking chicken!! Love that okra too.

Good ingenuity on the rebar hangers, they look well built. You could probably hang it in the doorway and do pullups on it.
