ham steaks

Im trying to smoke some ham steaks. Never have before any tips on good recipes? These are steaks from a hog we had butchered last year and just got them out of the freezer thawing

I've never smoked ham steaks, but I would suggest you repost this in the  Blowing smoke around the smoker  section.  Works better as more people see it
