 I'd like to say thanks. I've been checking this sight regularly for a couple weeks now. I've learned alot so far and would like to continue doing so.

 The names Jamie. Blue blooded working family man.

 Just recently got a SFB for my Char Griller (Fathers Day). I've done a couple mods (tuning plates, coal basket, chimmney extension, digi ther) with plans for a couple grate level thermometer add ons. At the moment im curing the SFB and trying out the rig for temp changes and differances from side to side.

 I look forward to trying some recipies and methods.
