Things have been really busy around here and I haven't done much smoking I did do some meatloaf awhile back but no Qview. So today was a busy day. I smoked 5 butts, 4 chickens, and a sirloin tip roast. I was also finishing up a big burn I started yesterday. Things went pretty well so I also did some pickled okra and made some jalapeno jelly. It's been another long day but well worth it.

Here's the fire from yesterday

Today all I had to do to the piles was take the tractor and stoke them up every couple hours so I fired up the smoker. I had just put the sirloin tip on in this pic

You da Man, Jerry!

I love seeing a smoker all filled up like that!

Great color on the chicken & butts!

Sure would have liked to have seen the inside of that sirloin tip roast!

Well you sure made up for lost time. You have definitely been busy, not sure I could keep up with you Jerry. It all looks good to me.

What was that old movie quote: "Ah... nothing like the smell of napalm in the morning!" lol

Good looking stuff all around Jerry!

I can sympathize with ya on the being busy Jerry, been like that around here too. Looks like you made up for some lost time with that smoke, That pic of the butts before foiling made my mouth water. Nice work.

Looks good Jerry. You may need to bring some of that jelly for a taste test!  Maybe the pickled okra too. I need to drive over.
