growing the herbs

when growing herbs,i always have weed problems,the herbs grow just fine,but get lazy and it's over, weeds run amuck and take over.
this year i'm trying a new approach and planting all my herbs in five gallon buckets.
i'll keep you all posted on this tactic.

Just one thing about herbs. If you plant mint ... do it in a container! It will run over your garden.

yea, all the herbs we do is all in containers...... have a huge rosemary bush (another one that will take over your garden if you let it!)
