Saw these the other day, and weather you are gluten free or not, this is interesting. Adding a porky flavor to breading is very interesting to me. I’ve not tried them yet, but thought I’d pass this along just for thought and information.

I am curious on how they are myself. Tried to make my own and did not like texture. Let me know once you try it.

I love Fried Chicken however due to pandemic I gained 40 lbs last year "I found out I also love chips" So to the point I have been on a extremely low carb diet trying to shed these lbs. I used a 0 carb spicy brand of Pork Rind as a breading using a simple egg wash and deep fried my chicken and it's some of the best fried chicken I have eaten.
I made sure my fryer was nice and hot, the chicken came out good and crunchy so to me it works like a charm

Sounds interesting. Never tried breading with pork rinds, but regular old Hungry Jack Potato Flakes is a tasty gluten free option that makes fried chicken taste like its coated in Tater Chips...JJ

I have these on my wish list. Have not pulled the trigger yet. I made some salmon cakes with some I ground up and did not like them. I think it was some seasoning that was on them.

I like JJ’s idea, but would like to crush up some pork rinds & try that too. We always use Panko & would like step out of the box a bit!
