Grinder plate

My neighbor down the road brought this over and asked if I could use it! He said it was in his mother's barn. Also said he took it from a box that has something in it with a big motor! I told him that I'd like to go with him to the barn!

I'm a big guy with big hands, this plate is a monster!

Right offhand it looks like a #22 1/4" plate like you'd use for a first grind on sausage meat. Stay on the trail and find the grinder!

I have a #22 Hobart.

That looks bigger.

I use a 32 Hobart at the store and that plate looks about the same diameter. The center bore is a bit large though.

That might be a #42 grinder plate.     The #42 plate has a 3/4" hole in the center and the plate is 5 1/16" diameter.
