Grilled Scallops in bacon

a very simple but tasty dish

Scallops
Slices salted bacon
Olive oil
Pepper

Wrap each Scallop in a slice of bacon
Put 3 on a stick
Brush with oil
Sprinkle with pepper

Grill very short otherwise they become tough.

Your entry to the seafood area of SMF is a nice and tastey addition to your menu for sure. They look good and I have smoked them many times but I'm used to a little twist that you always put on things. Geert
