Had a buddy that bought a house where the old owner raised catfish . Throw out a hand full of dog food , and just a hook with a bobber . Fun for awhile , but a guy needs time to grab a beer !

In the summer, when the fish are crazy, if you use a piece of corn and a gold hook - you'll catch a fish in 3 seconds. If you just use a gold hook...10 seconds. It's aggravating. lol

Bear Jr has a few Bass in his Pond, but mostly Catfish & Trout.
Yup--It don't take much to get them to bite---Bare hook works fine. LOL
