Put goat cheese in freezer for 20min. Slice aprox 1/2" sections, egg wash and add whatever seasoning you want on it. Grill it. This one is on a bed of hash browns with Canadian bacon & eggs. Works with all kinds of things.

Not a fan of goat cheese but that looks like a tasty meal
 
Thats a good looking breakfast. Never had goat cheese but I'd give it a shot as long as I got the rest of that plate with it.

Goat cheese can pair with a lot of things. Try some in scrambled eggs. It's good on it's own or as a base for various things. I am a goat cheese fan.
 
Love me some goat cheese, but this is something I would have never considered. Looks like I must add this to the list.
 
I also love goat cheese. Pretty much any cheese. That looks pretty good.
