Grilled Chicken Quesadillas

Tonight some grilled chicken quesadillas, will grill up some chicken breasts on the chargriller with 3 different rubs, everglades seasoning, Weber BBQ seasoning, and grill mates smokehouse maple seasoning .. then slice up and add Mexican cheese blend , and put on quesadilla press ... Whatever chicken we don't use, will be like a chicken salad for lunch this week at work ...
Sides will be some yellow rice and some black beans with purple onions .....
will get this all started about 4 pm. ... after the game ...

Nice quesadilla! A great use for leftover meat. I usually toss in a small handful of baby spinach for contrast.

Whew! When you guys in the States make a quesadilla you don't mess around! Great qview and meal! Point!
