First  off start with a nice big head of cauliflower and trim off leaves, rinse off and slice approx 1/4 inch thick, slicing down to the stem and leaving the stem as part of it .... then sprinkle generously with olive oil, both sides and put in bag to marinate for a few hrs,Take out and apply spg on both sides, place on shiny side of foil, put on grill approx 350 degrees for about 12 minutes a side, when you first fip over, add roasted red peppers, then after the second 12 minutes, add the cheese, we add american or cheddar ,,, choice of cheese is up to you .......

enjoy ............

Interesting. I have made it Cauliflower and seasoning. It was ok but I only got a few good slices, most of it fell apart. I think I would like your additions better. Nice job...JJ

We have made this in the house in the oven before, but mostly on the grill on foil, and have great success ,everyone who has tried this seems to like it .... if you like cauliflower  ...what is nice is you end up with a bag of cauliflower rice to pt in dishes like stuffed peppers ...
