Grilled Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Evening Americans and non Americans! Grilled up some chicken thighs tonight for buffalo chicken sandwiches.

Did some bacon in the oven

A few thighs seasoned with tx smoker cajun rub

Onto the kettle

Basted a few with buffalo sauce and left some plain

Juicy and delicious

Put mine on a Hawaiian bun with bacon, Gouda, tomatoes, pickles, red onion and poblano ranch. Was very tasty

Thanks Jeff it hit the spot for sure. Was raining so I missed a couple pics. The poblano ranch is a private selections from Kroger. I love it. I'll post up a pic tomorrow of the bottle

I’ll have to keep an eye out for that. Kroger is my primary grocery store.

Jake, Chic-fil-A has got nothing on that. Looks great and those Hawaiian rolls are our favorite. Does that ranch have any heat? I may grab a bottle the next time I get to Kroger.
