Grey Thermopen Mk4 is on sale!!!

I was looking at the smoke thermometer and saw on the thermoworks site that they have their thermopen Mk4 on sale right now for $74.24. Other colors are regular price.

Thought y’all might like to know.

I saw that this morning. I love my thermapen and considered buying another, just couldn't justify the expense. They are very nice though.

definitely nice, but man that price. what would we say are some cheaper yet quality alternatives?

I have the thermopop, $29. Its made by thermoworks. Its great and very accurate. I usually get my final reading in 2-3 seconds.

The thing about a Thermapen is you buy it one time & it lasts forever.
And it's dead on accurate.
Yes they are pricey, but they are worth every dime.
A cheaper alternative is the ThermoPop, they are a little slower, but just as accurate, and about 1/3rd the price.

I actually went with the javelin duo pro which is made by lava tools. Half the price of the thermapen and works great. Check it out!

Lavatools Javelin is sold at Amazon for about 25 or 30 bucks.
