She might be to much for a 10 yo. I stopped her after few minutes. Got my sourdough starter up to speed and have a rye one also. The rye is for a new Rye Bread Chaffle recipe. I stick to low carb during the week and splurge on weekend. Time to start on a regular and a rye SD bread. This going to 4th attempt at rye. Wish me luck. Will know Saturday.

The new one should keep the 10 yo young. We got a new one when our older ones were 7 + 8, and now they're 14,13 + 7. The 2 older ones do not seem or act their age at all. Good luck on the bread.

Even any amount of time they spend together should be therapeutic for your 10yo. As long as it doesn't get out of control.
