I'm from Harrisburg, Pa. Just new to smoking and have purchased a Masterbuilt 30"electric. Have made pork butt and chicken so far.

My wife purchased some thick pork chops that are in the smoker right now stuffed with apple and covered with bacon. Can't wait to see how they come out.

This is the best site I have found for info and recipes and I can't wait to try some as they sound so delicious
