Hey there, I am Scott from Casper, Wyoming, U.S.A just wanted to say hi to everyone as I am new here.
I have been smoking for about 4 years now and been BBQing for a good 25 years. I recently got a dyna glo vertical offset smoker for free so it has become my primary smoker.I have a passion for food in general in the last year or so Smoking has been my biggest interest. Every time I am looking for a new idea or help on something I am smoking the internet seems to point me here so I am signing up and hope to become a frequent flier.
On today's menu 2 whole chickens to end up becoming pulled chicken for my girls bridging ceremony for Girlscouts (Did I mention like I bet a lot of you do I get roped into cooking for events a lot?).
