I joined this forum after doing some research on q'n and realized what a great little community and resource this site is. I am originally from Virginia, which is where I initially learned how to Q. I worked for a small bbq joint that did lots of Q'n and catering in Manassas called Hog N Claw. My frinds parents owned this place and learned lots about bbq, mostly north carolina style Q and while hog bbq. I now live in Texas and recently moved north of Dallas where I have TONS of wild hogs to shoot n eat. I actually just saw a sounder walk through my back pasture as I'm writing this. I have a large cinderblock pit that I use to smoke whole hogs, which I built myself eith some help from my 2 neighbors (avatar). I also have a 7 in 1 Cabalas propane/charcol smoker that I got for xmas to do smaller amounts of Q. Good thing about the 7 in 1 is I can use the propane to fry turkeys and do seafood boils like crabs n crawfish or catfish/bass...yummy. I am also an avid fisherman and have lots of places to fish here in North Texas.

I work as an executive recruiter here in the DFW area. Anyone ever need any help with thier resume or any interview tips or help, gimme a shout. Always more than happy to help my fellow q'n peeps:yahoo:

I'm looking forward no making some new friends, learning more about q'n and helping others on this site.

Heres a couple of recent pics from Qview:grilling_smilie:
