Good Morning everyone,

    I truly enjoy getting up at 4 AM and getting the meat on the smoker. In my past life I was a Construction Project Manager who now spends time in Florida and Tenn. In Florida I use a Alfresco grill/Smoker and in Tenn I use a Smoke Hollow Smoker. My favorite time of year is football season, when I get to enjoy smoking something for the game. Die hard Tampa Bay Bucs Fan !!
