Hi All,

Christmas came early... just got a Bradley Digital Smoker (great deal at Cabellas), which was put to use today for the first time. Results were great using hickory on an unnamed roast from the freezer. Can't wait to try ribs, brisket, and cheeses. Have previously used the briquet & electric Brinkmans, but it has been awhile. Looking forward to finding interesting information here in the forums.
