Hi Everyone! I'm glad to be here and learn from the collective BBQ Brain Trust! I've already benefited from this forum and have in turn contributed to try and do my part. Looking forward to contributing more and will be happy to share anything I've learned along the way.

I've currently have three set ups and for now don't plan on getting rid of any. I have a Charbroil Kettleman which I can get 1000+ degrees on (I like to mix Kingsford Briquets and Lump charcoal). This grill I primarily use for steaks. Either straight up or sometimes I finish them on here after reverse searing on my Pit Boss pellet grill (which is my 2nd set up). I actually bought the Pit Boss to replace my Master Built electric smoker and mostly do low and slow on it but have recently started doing some amazing burgers on it as well. And my last grill is a SS Char Broil Propane grill which is getting less and less use but I still like having it around. I like to grill veggies on it, chicken breast and carne asada.

Anyway tip of the hat to you all and I look forward to learning and sharing. Cheers!

Hi G-Rod, Welcome!
I have my smoker, ambient to 275 degrees; and my Gas Pipe burner that can go off the pin; then a torch for cremations.
We have one DIL would sez, Burn It. So the torch comes in for her. :p
