Greetings from Southern New Jersey!!

Just joined the forum thanks to a recommendation from a friend on Untappd (a craft beer tracking website) and can't wait to dive into this site.

I currently have a Large BGE for smoking and longer cooks and a Weber Genesis gas grill for quick cooking.

I have been smoking on various devices for about 3 years but just got serious about it last year with the purchase of the BGE.  I am hoping to move to an Extra Large BGE next summer when I get a little more experience (with the help of the pro's on this site!!).  Right now I am smoking the standard Ribs, Beer Can chicken, Corn on the cob, Chicken Legs, etc.  I am hoping to get more adventurous with a little help from this site!

Looking forward to getting tons of good info.  I spent an hour on this site last night but felt like I didn't even scratch the surface!!
