Thanks to Uncle Sam I have been living in South Louisiana(It grows on you) for 11 out of 13 years. Been grilling for awhile, but just recently started smoking. Equipment 1. Weber 18.5 bullet 2. PitmasterIQ (love It), Started out not using a temp controller, but life for me got a lot better once I got one. Its like having a cell phone, you can get by just fine with out one, but do you really want to go back to that 10 foot cord. 3. IGrill wireless meat thermometer. I have large widows off of the patio, so no problems with the blue tooth.
