Hello. I am new to this group and new to smoking. In fact, so new I haven't bought one yet. (Over analysis) on which might be the best to invest in. In South Dakota we hunt deer, pheasant, and fish for walleye, northern pike (which I hear is great smoked), perch and a plethora of other species. I look forward to the expertise of the group and hope to share more as I learn.

Welcome aboard! You'll find this is a great place for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc. There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another. Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.

We also need your input?  Recipes?  Pics of your smokes that we call Qview!

Get the smoker!  You can even smoke on a grill, but that is tricky.

Keep in touch!

Good luck and good smoking.
