I'm new to the smoking circuit but have been reading up on alot of the posts on SMF. man oh man, so many recipes I don't know where to begin. I just received my Horizon 20" offset smoker this weekend and did a dry run...that bad boy is now ready to go. Thinking of making some baby backs as the first item to cross off my list. Keep y'all posted on the results. Any suggestions/feedback from you pros is greatly appreciated. Looking fowatd to hear from y'all. -Angel.
