hey guys my name is patrick and im from western pa..i recently have just bought a Master built 30' electric smoker model #...20070910....i also have a bunch of questions to ask since i am a newbie to smoking...trying to start a new hobby and way of cooking!!..I am looking forward to getting to know everybody and learning new things.
