Hey all - Stumbled upon you by searching out the best way to smoke a rack of pork...and found a slam dunk recommendation 1st time out!

I'm one of the lucky few who in NYC who live in a place where smoking meat is doable, which is why I moved to my current apartment.  I run a Masterbuilt electric (ducking and running about the electric thing, but I'm smoking meat in Manhattan and can check temps from my living room with the remote hooked up to the Masterbuilt's meat probe) and lean toward apple, cherry and peach for anything other than beef.

Looking forward to sharing successes (and less than successes) with y'all!
