Hi all!
Brand new to smoking and pellet grills. Recently got an *incredible* deal on a Traeger Big Tex... Smoked 6 racks of ribs last Saturday and they turned out incredible! Liking forward to reading up here and gaining insight from those who are seasoned pros at the art of smoking!
