Hello everyone.

I am new to this forum, so I will introduce myself.  My name is John and I live in Modesto, California.  I have been smoking mostly beef and pork for the past 5 years.  I have a Masterbuilt MES 30 and MES 40.  I recently purchased Jeff's rub and sauce recipes and I pretty much use them exclusively. Today I am smoking an 8.5 lb prime rib roast using Jeff's "Texas style rub".  I will try to figure out how to post the pictures.  So long for now.  :-)

I use a photo host site,  ( Photobucket)  I resize my pictures to 640 X 480 pixels on the computer before uploading to photobucket then direct link them to this site,

Here are some photos of the prime rib I smoked today in my MES 40.  I used Apple and Pecan.  It came out delicious with a nice bark.
