Hello All!  Fairly new to smoking and have been reading the forums for a bit and found some great info, so thank you!  Currently smoking on a WSM 18.5" and slowly getting it tuned in.  Looking forward to more great tips and perhaps will have a few of my own to share someday.

Welcome, glad ya joined us ! Have a WSM 18.5 as well.... great smoker !

Thank you, glad to be here!  I'm really liking the WSM especially the more adept at controlling temp I get.

Hey Furley, hello and welcome to the forum. Best advice is do your research and jump in and do it. The more you smoke the easier and more comfortable you will get.

Thank you for the welcomes! I'm 5 hours into a 8.5 lbs Boston butt today and it's a beautiful 70 degrees and a balmy 230 in the smoker. First time I've done a large bone-in. *crossing fingers*
