I am coming to you all the way from Ireland,i recently had pulled pork for the first time and i fell so in love with it i see a small business opportunity,watch this space! My career has always been as a carpenter but i w as made redundant 18 months ago and now i see this as my opportunity to follow my passion in life which is food and cooking.
