Hi All,

I am obviously new to this forum, I have been backyard smoking/BBQ ing for about 2.5 years.  until late this summer I used a Mecco electric bullet water smoker, which worked rather well I might add.  I found this forum while looking up troubleshooting/techniques for using the smoke hollow 4-in-1 combo grill, so i decided to join in order to learn but hopefully contribute;)
