Hello all!

New member here, live in Connecticut.

I’ve been using a pellet grill for a number of years now. Decided to make the jump to an offset smoker; bought an Oklahoma Joe’s Highland, and did my initial burn-in today.

I’m sure I’ll have questions. Thank you in advance for the advice and guidance.
