Hi all! I'm Pete. I live just outside Buffalo NY. I started smoking about 8-10 years ago and instantly fell in love with it. Everything about the process... from the prep, to the cook, and of course enjoying the fruit of my labor.
I started out using a Brinkman Gourmet vertical and modified the hell out of it. Then I built a UDS. That thing has served me great! But I can only do so much on it at a time, so... I just recently put a down payment on a Meadow Creek TS120 trailer. Should be ready for me in a few weeks. Looking like the end of June. I know they are a little on the expensive side, but the one I looked at looked to be built very well.
Anyways, if anyone is located up near me and wants to get together for a couple beers and some good ole bbq sometime, feel free to shoot me a message.I'm always looking to learn and share what I've picked up.
