hey all
 let me introduce myself, I am Lino and I'm 26 years old
 I live in belgium and my biggest passion is barbecue
 I've never worked with a smoker but really want to learn how it works
 I already have a smoker with side firebox but I use the time as regular grill
 I'm also working on plans for a smoker / grill,

Welcome,this is really diverse group of people with smoking in common.I figure a few of the brewing crew will already know about your excellent beer! If you wanted to show us something traditionally Belgian kitchen as well as BBQ  that would also be a good thing. Just my 2 cents.
