Hi everybody,

I'm new to the forum. In the last year I have really got into low and slow and smoking.

I have a Kamado Joe 18.5.

I have had some good results so far....and some less than good results.

My first real long smoke was a brisket I did last summer. It turned out really well even though I had a number of hiccups - my fire went out at ken point!

I have done A couple beef roasts with varying degrees of success, a turkey (it was ok but not great), a pork loin, several pork tenderloins, and most recently a pork shoulder that was really, really good.

I still have lots to learn and I'm looking forward to the conversation!
