I'm Jimmy and I live in central Alabama.  I've recently stumbled into the forum and I'm anxious to join in with the fun.  Cooking over fire links us with our ancestors.  It also allows us to play with fire and eat some great food!  I'm very much looking forward to learning from everyone and making new friends.
