Hello, everyone-

I'm new to the forum, and new to smoking food. Learning on a new Masterbuilt Electric 40".

After seasoning, I broke it in with 2 whole chickens that were pretty yummy. Next up: Thanksgiving turkey.

I'll browse around the forums here for some tips and ideas.
